I have my doubts as well regarding that. Here's hoping that you just need to make a bit of an extra effort with certain LIs, but still have a proper and complete harem if you do things right. I mean, you have abilities on the skill tree that specifically allow girls who don't get along to accept each other, so it would be weird to have that material and still limit how big the harem could be.
If I'm honest, I prefer to have exclusive relationships with each LI rather than a semi-harem. I mean, a harem is a harem, and the reason many of us like the genre is because it allows you to be with every single LI without having to 'sacrifice' others. If you end up having to choose or separate some others, then that's not a harem that I particularly like. If the original plan of 21 episodes still remains, then there's plenty of time there to properly address a full harem with the 18 main girls, but we'll have to see.
There's also the uncertainty on which 'role' each girl would have in the potential harem, because I can see Katie or Violet falling in love with the MC, but then you have the likes of Selina who just wants to fuck him and that's it. Here's hoping that there'll be more development with those girls that are more carefree and focused on sex.

The achievements which I can't remember off the top of my head, list I think 7+ harem,... Based on the information I was trying to find when you posted it's seems quite obvious that some of the girls won't be included. Who they are, what groups they are and the likes is up for debate, but there's alot of info already out there to make educated guesses

Agreed, mostly. My statement was about wondering who all can be included. And the line about "there might be a girl you're certain will have a harem ending but won't" also means there could be some surprises based on the info we have as of now.

Well then, my hope is that at least we won't have to be leaving out LIs until much later on in the game. I don't want to start having multiple PTs during Episode 4. However if, let's say, you're able to explore a bunch of content with almost all of the LIs and then towards the last quarter of the game you have to make certain choices, then I guess I won't mind that much.
Not sure about the surprises, but for instance I could see Chelsea and Lydia having a throuple/harem ending, and maybe Ella subverting expectations and not being part of a harem. I could see how her competitive side could also turn into possessiveness/selfishness the more you get close to her, making her in turn less willing to share you.

It doesn't matter anyway - you're not really awaiting the release, you're awaiting the leak, and it didn't leak last time until after Silver if I remember right... We may get lucky, but just because it drops today doesn't mean we are going to get it.
I'm afraid it's not good news on that front. Unless Wicked is playing for surprises, he already said that Katie has only got one scene this episode and there's not much to it

Yeah, I feel kinda bad for the Katie stans. That said, I get the feeling she's going to be the friend/confidante for a while before something happens and we suddenly get a trigger moment to start going after her.
I don't think he's gone into specifics on who's going to main this episode but from the previews he's posted I'm anticipating more tsundere shenanigans with Molly and chit-chat with the roomies, more downtime with Violet, Naomi and Nina (separately, of course), minor advancement with the twins, the professors, and Chloe & Jordan. Given the lay-up for the rugby team so far, I have to assume some drama with Kat as well but we'll see. Then there's the Halloween party at the end that we've seen costumes for the Chelsea (as seen on the release date post, as well as a few other cheerleaders), Ella and Lydia in matching outfits apart from the cheer squad, the twins, and Saki who seems to be matching MC. Honestly not even sure how many of the LIs will be at said party going off of the broad selection we've seen so far but I'd expect obvious suspects like Molly and Nina to not make a showing during the event.
