The writing is so good because this guy clearly enjoys what hes working on whatever content he wants to add to the game is up to his discretion. If he starts compromising his creativity to appease people we'd be left with generic slop. If you dont like that some content is in the game then dont play it if you dont like that some content is missing in the game then dont play it. Those of us that actually like the game will continue to play it, and support the guy because hes making a quality game.

Elitism is cool, of course, but considering that all additional content in the game is optional, it's rather strange for me to hear advice not to play the game.
Something tells me that the author has specially made the game in such a way that everyone can find something for themselves.
Do you want to turn Sunny into a whore who will suck some beastman during the whole game? Something tells me that there will be such an option.
Don't like ntr? It can be easily avoided simply by not making decisions leading to it.
This applies to any other kinks present in the game.

Yes, the author has made a decision that such content will not be here.
But considering that there is already an incest patch, I am sure that the mysterious noble moder will update it for every new version of the game.

Me telling people to not play the game if they are unsatifisfied with the content in it isn't elitist its genuine advice for anyone who doesn't enjoy something. What I think is elitist are all the people in the thread shooting @'s at the creator telling them exactly what to add and remove so that they get the game that is exactly palatable to their own taste. Obviously if anyone thinks the game is interesting they should try it because they'll probably like it that doesnt then empower them to start making demands about what gets added or removed in the game. If the inclusion/exclusion of certain content is enough for some people to dislike the game as a whole then yes i absolutely think they should stop playing.

Just finished my first playthrough (I'm trying to go ultra Elf nationalist and hating humans) and at the end this red Elf thing comes up on the MC. Wonder if this is some sort of Elven God or something? The color scheme and look of it makes it seem malevolent and considering all my choices were incredibly harsh towards humans I'm wondering if that has a part

As far as technical writing ability is concerned, this dev claims the top spot among all the amateur devs on this site. This level of writing is something you rarely see in porn games. It's closer to professional tier fantasy writing.
This level of prose combined with the super fleshed out setting, incredible depth in all the characters, and nuanced themes means that this is a masterpiece in the making.
I just hope that the dev gets the recognition he deserves at some point. Unfortunately, we missed the explosive growth during the initial release. To be honest, that was expected. That type of growth generally only happens for derivative works with mass appeal (some combination of DAZ, contemporary setting, incest, high quality renders, harem, gud guy MC, pure love interests). All the things that this game does exceptionally are things that flies under the radar for the average porn game player.
If the dev sticks to it and releases regular updates, I think there should be some steady growth. I doubt it will ever get to 2-3K, but something like 500-800 per month should be attainable in a year or something. That said, promotion and advertising plays a significant part on patreon growth. Droid Production dev is very frequently seen in recommended games forum. He answers their questions with appropriate recommendations, but will sneakily(lol) plug his own game whenever it fits. Droid's game also has a laptop where he promotes some games by other devs (cross promotion).
If I may give some ideas, I see 3 games that are just starting out that will probably appeal to the same type of player. Tales of Legendary Lust : Aphrodisia, Parasite Black, and Elvensang. Maybe there are others with similar themes and quality that I missed. Maybe it would be mutually beneficial to all parties if you guys cross promote on patreon about the other games.
I'm sure most devs just want to make their games, but community involvement and promotion is probably a significant factor in patreon growth. Just getting involved in the forums (not just in the game thread) will be positive exposure. People see your post, look at your banner, and maybe get interested.

The Art looks great and the Dev seems tohave an artistic vision with his storytelling. It sickens me to the core that there is a "motherfucker-patch" to turn a potential good or epic story into tasteless shit. I know..... kinkshaming is not very nice and i may have a "tasteless" fetish myself, but this time i feel i have to speak up. I don't care about incest-patches for games wich are clearly intended to be inbreed (Landlord or whatever). But this hurts

Given that the patch is completely optional and does not change anything at all in the overall story, I do not fully understand this righteous anger.

the writing for this game is fantastic, very good prose. though i'll reserve full judgement until there's an actual fully fledged sex scene, this is an adult game after all and relying on still images and text for flavor instead of animations can be challenging but rewarding in its own right. i'm looking forward to how the writer goes about it
on the subject of sex though the mother, Anasteya, is by far my favorite character both in terms of her attractive design and stern but tender characterization. to that end i'm a bit disappointed she won't have any scenes with the MC since i really do want to see her in a several. maybe she'll have some with Jonah? he's a nice guy and they got along very well, even if she was just using him for info. i suspect he spilled his guts to her because of how motherly she comes across as too
in any case i'm looking forward to future updates, if this keeps up this could be a classic!
