Anyone got a save file that just finished the game for looking into the secret gears under the church? Edit: I just found out about those secret gears but I have already deleted the game a long time ago.

how to increase lust lvl? i have maxed the lust exp but nothing happened

Try manually sleeping in her bed in the church, I think that's the trigger.
