Also you must have access to that said brothel (I believe it unlocks at D6 or earlier if some reqs are met)

In the menu, have a look at the 3rd screenshot of OP, below lewdness level.
You can raise it with ero events/achievements (you can go menu->experiences->achievement to find out what each achiev grants you)
