You gotta have a certain Shame Level before doing so.
In the menu, have a look at the 3rd screenshot of OP, below lewdness level.
You can raise it with ero events/achievements (you can go menu->experiences->achievement to find out what each achiev grants you)

If you have sex a bunch you get a chance of getting the pregnant status. But that is about it. You can go talk to a nurse at the clinic to magically take the fetus out of you and incubated in incubation chamber / magic orb thing so that you can get pregnant again. You don't ever get to see the child or see Enisha get a belly bump.
