You need to gain 100 H Exp, and then go to sleep. You'll unlock the possibility to choose between staying at Lust Lv 0 or go to Lust Lv 1

If you want to gain H Exp, do any sexual or naughty action: rape, sexual harrasment, exposure, humiliation, losing a fight, letting some scenes happening, going to men with hearts above their heads

NoPe~ Unfortunately, it's not possible. Which was a massive disappointment to me. Dunno why Shimo bothered arranging things the way he did, only to not attach any H-content or anything in the end.

The closest you can get to vanilla is that one boy who steals her panties at the orphanage. I think it's possible to have her lose her virginity to him, but you have to raise her lewdness while avoiding a virginity loss event from other sources.
