Ambrosia is a very similar setting: you play a nun in a fantasy world. Celesphonia, on the other hand, is set in the modern world, and you play a magical girl (kinda like Sailor Moon). If this thread is still active, I have a question.
I just finished this game and got all of the scenes (didn't get all endings though), and I'm quite interested in playing Ambrosia and Celesphonia. Can someone explain the difference and similarity between these 3 games, so that I can choose which one to play next?
Good stuff, brother. Thanks for the explanationAmbrosia is a very similar setting: you play a nun in a fantasy world. Celesphonia, on the other hand, is set in the modern world, and you play a magical girl (kinda like Sailor Moon).
Gameplay-wise, Celesphonia is maybe better: it has more interesting build choices, and it also has battle restraint and battlefuck mechanics. Ambrosia has simpler combat, kinda like this game.
Story-wise, they're both good. I think Ambrosia was a little bit more interesting, but others may disagree.
They both have tons of sex scenes, I think Celesphonia has slightly more? Not sure.
Celesphonia has a fanmod (called the CN Mod) that adds a bunch of content. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it on a first playthrough because it makes things a lot more complicated/confusing, but it's definitely worth checking out at some point.
Overall, they're both amazing games, and you can't go wrong with either. I personally like Celesphonia a bit more, but I count both of them among my favorite lewd games of all time. I would just recommend going with whichever theme you like more: nun going on an epic quest to gain new followers for her church, save her friend, and unravel an ancient mystery... or magical girl fighting evil and getting into sexy trouble while exploring the city and her school.
Ambrosia, I think.Good stuff, brother. Thanks for the explanation
Also, regarding gameplay time. Which one is longer, Ambrosia or Celesphonia?
Haha nice, sorry about your dailies. Celesphonia is a good game for playing leisurely. Although I did mainline it, much like you did this one, but that's just because I really found myself drawn into it.Then I'll play Celesphonia first. Enishia made me abandon my gacha dailies so I'd like to play leisurely this time, taking it all in and all that.
If I get drawn into it, that just means the game's that good. I usually don't get too absorbed in this kind of RPG game where you search for the quests yourself. As for my dailies, well, that can wait xdHaha nice, sorry about your dailies. Celesphonia is a good game for playing leisurely. He is, it's gonna be called Shadow Maiden Serenoxia (魔装影姫セレノクシア), a Celesphonia sequel/spinoff. You can check outHey guys, don't know if anyone asked this before but is there any words on if Shimo's making a new game? Been a while and I'm kinda wondering if they are still kicking. Would appreciate it if someone have any info/updates. Thank you in advance.

After the night you caught him wanking to Enishia's panties, check the same spot the night after, and the event should continue. How do i progress with "overachiever Jemmi"? I've caught him fapping with MC's underwear but can figure out what to do next.
Happens as you go through the story overtime. How do you unlock lower shade street?
As days pass, you will get a visit from the girl who runs the shop near the church. She will tell you that Lower Shade is no longer blocked. You can then go there and do church work/charity as well.whhen in story
