At first, Got the resources machine then killed sheep for the hide and dig the stone for the material stones

what do you mean by student clothes? if you click on the closet in her room you change her outfit, the current options are naked - casual - formal - party dress

You need to mix it with blue bottle in your inventory and then give the result to herbalist.
