In Endwaste City go as Cain to the club far left in the Underground Market. In the toilet you find a girl that you can fuck. There is also a girl on the way besides the priest which you can fuck.

It's just right of the fat guy, near his shoulder, don't have a hint of its own if you press space bar but it's there.
