Can you fail quests here? Just started the game (freya path) and wonder if I should follow walkthrough, but it seems like it should be fine to do sidequests in any order?
PS Found walkthrough while I was looking for the code to the door at the hospital in the beginning, I hope not all riddles are like that and you have to find answers in other random locations?

No you cannot fail quests. Yes this is an open world free-roam game and you can do anything in any order. Some quests are locked behind others though.
The toilet passcode indeed doesn't make sense at all. Thankfully there are no more such nonsense riddles later.

For "sweet slut" quest i have to meet Mirella and Matthew in the VIP restaurant booth, but when at the bar i click on the booth security don't happen anything... i have the party dress.
The option are "retrieve security booth logs" or exit.

"We" ? who's WE ? No offense, but some of us are bored by CTRL-fest VN ren'py shit, not even sandbox. If you want to fap, go on a porn website and do your business. But here we have GAMES, that require a bit of interaction (not pressing CTRL and SPACE or clicking....). Sometimes we like to combine porn with some simple quizzes, cause, you know... gaming.
A good story, a good quest structure and so on, helps to make this something more than just a pornhub fap.

What skip option do you mean? ESC works in a lot of places. I could understand your point in a game with incredible boring grind, but it's not the case here.

When I launch the game and click on "New Game" or "Resume Game," nothing happens. The screen remains stuck on the home screen, although the background music and animations continue to work. The game itself does not load. Can someone help?

You basically need to complete all other quests for some reason then mom will be in the living room.

Make sure that you are in a day cycle, have a party dress then go to station deck E in Johnny's living quarters and quest will progress.

Thanks alot for answering! But i cant complete some of the quests,
1. Sydneys Secrets still stays white even if the text says to be continued.
2. Blup Blup!: It says to return to talk to Blup, but everytime i try to talk to Blup Jade only says "Huh"
I have went to the library and talked to ICU to learn, but it wont let me translate anymore.
ICU did translate and when i talk to Blup again it wont translate.
Also if i go back to library to try again, it wont let me press Desired language.

I Guess i cant complete the game without those.

You actually do not need to complete Sydneys Secrets, the ones required are Blup Blup, Sweet Slut and Altered States. For Blup Blup you need to explore part of the map behind Blup to find a cave with Giant pussy.
