Hello everyone
I hope that you are all healthy and happy. Here are some news about both of my games.
As you all know I am working on Willy D update along side with EON. Willy D. update will happen at some point of this year but it won't be published on patreon. I am making huge update for Willy D that will hopefully (that is if it gets approved) be only on Steam. Now, if you are patreon don't worry. All PAID patreons will get steam key for free fro me directly. There will be a check of people who are ACTUAL patreons as there are many frauds here too. So. IF you actually was my patreon and if your payment was overall (through all these years) is over $15 you will get the steam key for Willy D for free. But If I find any of "fraud" tag on your payments (and btw patreon does detect these as money never comes in, and it's listed on my account for everyone here) you will not get free key, sorry.
Willy D. will have huge update with a lot of new animations, new music, improved Willy Look and probably even some extra tux for Willy himself
I am still thinking of some extras to "founders" (this is you guys who are actually supporting my work) and will figure out something that will be only for you, even on steam version of the game.
Currently I am updating music for Willy D scenes and will re-work sound effects as well for whole game. I am trying to hire several musicians to help me a bit with music but I am not sure if I will be able to afford them as these things (pirates would never guess) are not free or cheap.
EON update is going on well too and this one should be up a bit quicker then last one as my eyes are slowly recovering from last years operations of both eyes, so I am able to work a bit faster I guess.
There will be usual if not even more content for 0.21 update of EON.
After (if all goes well) I publish Willy D on steam, and depending how well it will go, I am also considering moving to steam all together. So that would mean EON will be the next game I will place there. And again. If you are patreon, you don't have to worry as you will get free steam key for EON too if that happens.
I want to thank you all who support my work as any of this would not be possible without you. This is my first and only job and I am really not getting rich as you can all see. I was always transparent about my earnings and you all may see how much I earn every month. Just for those who are still not aware, I do ALL things legally. So it means I am buying assets that are used in game, paying for musicians that make music for my game and so on. That said, I Also pay taxes for my earnings (in my country it's 25%). All of that is happening from exactly these earnings that you may see on my page.
Anyway, I hope that some things are now a bit more clear to everyone. I hope that I will be able to go on with my work cause I really enjoy making games like these two and I do have much more ideas for the future. But we can't predict the future so we will see how things will go.
If you have any questions regarding this post (or anything else) please do not hesitate to ask me. I try to answer to any questions asked when I have time. Just be aware that still do work 12-16 hours a day (yes on these games) and sometimes I just can't answer right away.
