Also noticed some bugs.
In the castle level near the end there is a womb tattoo trap that wont let you leave the trap once you step on it and scenes with the golden hair man and the mother while in the castle do not play properly. If someone can pass that over to the Dev that would be nice.

So I was in the birth room and it showed that I was missing 2 girls before the 3 animal girls in the lineup, I thought it was these 2 but idk how to get the heart on them. Any idea?

Pretty sure you can't, there's nothing in the gallery from them and no room for an extra piece either.
the only thing you can do is summon demons into the EP world via the demon statue - which plays the cutscene of when they were trapped in the EP world.

I just found out who those 2 were, there were 4 maids on the 2nd floor at the castle but I missed the 2 on the right cause of the daytime system. I did 100% of the game so thx. Here's my save, for gallery just go back to your room to interact with the heart, then go into the blue portal on the left. Use save 2 for safety

. I spent 8 hours of this game, not even feeling this game grindy. I'm usually playing some AAA for that much, but porn game, huh? And thinking this is the ending during the play obscene amount of time. And then something new is opened, secret merchant is nicest moment at all Not what you expect for 150 Mib game. How many scenes are there?
And all of it is done in 1 year.

The funny thing about these games is that they're pretty light on text, so the first best answer is we don't know. The second best guess is that it happens as a consequence of your actions in the previous games and this one. You get further corrupted, spend EP to corrupt others, and distort the EP world, eventually changing the real one. The interesting thing about how these games unfold and get more degenerate as they go on is that it implies you're almost teaching the EP world, something that's naturally pretty hostile to human life, to be lewd, especially in the second game, EP Girl. In these last two, though, you're more of a victim.
Sometimes though, you get those instant death sections with the weird orb thingies. I interpret those as the EP world going mask-off - that's what it really looks like under the surface, when not under human influence.
Apologies if this interpretation is contradicted in the series or by the author - I haven't 100% completed all of them yet.
For some reason when i sleep with the first ppl in the frozen irl world my game gets super slow. anyone else had this issue and has a fix?

what happens with the baby tile? i have tried to tried it multiple times but never saw anything happen (she is just shown silent while staring at her lower abdomen), and that reminds me i havent seen any pregnancy content yet despite having activated the fertility item from the special vendor. how do i trigger pregnancy and how do i use that tile?
also, are there other endings besides the bad ending? i think there's this seed of fertility item that i need to trigger an alternate ending, i just dont want to spend more time on this game than i already have.
i wonder if there will be any more games in this series, i liked all the previous games along with this one.

One of the better hgame releases I've played in a while, to the point where it was worth buying. I just wish there was a little more balance in difficulty between using the guy or girl, as you miss 90% of the content if you play as the guy but the girl makes it nearly impossible to lose.
