CHINATOWN WHAT?​

I've long wanted to release an update with fully hand-drawn (with some neurohelp he-he) visuals. Actually, this was supposed to be 0.4, but I kept putting it off until later (this came to me after re-watching Kill Bill). I think now is the best time. The thing is that at +33 C it is difficult to do renders, the computer gets very hot. I literally barely managed to make renders for 0.7. Today I made avatars for Mary and Nana, you can see them in the image.
I re-vamped sprites from another VN (guess which one?) using image to image to generate the right faces and hair. Then I manually redrew them, removed the roughness and kept them in the general style. Quite a pleasant meditative activity. Tengokucho will be available this summer. About 3D content. I might make a small update with the usual visuals (we all pray for cold days).

Lmao okay but “Thirst Virus” is killing me. Cumbrella Corp out here making the most important scientific breakthroughs. I’m already rooting for Mary Rockbell, mostly because that name sounds like she should either be a country singer or leading a resistance squad in thigh-highs

I can name it as semi-hand-made art. Part of the art is AI. However, I don't like how the fully generated art looks. It seems fake + there are problems with fingers and facial expressions. Many things just can't be written in the prompt.
I'm a pretty bad artist myself. So I generate the image, then manually redraw it so that everything looks in the same style. For example. Mary is drawn based on Mikoto Uchiha, Rangiku Matsumoto and Ingrid.

Nana will unlock after about ten days of gaming. You will see a message that you can switch to her via your home PC.

I've thought about it, but I'm not sure yet if I'll add new playable characters, since the engine's resources are not infinite. Most likely, I'll make a sequel or a spin-off with new characters.
I was already thinking about a fem version of CJ and a character based on Toni Cipriani, who works for the Italian mafia.
In any case, first we need to finish the episodes. Then, based on user feedback, make a new, better game.

Turn on autorun in the options or make sure to hold shift when running. If you move to the left quick enough he'll get stuck in a between obstacles and you can walk out.
