The story setup is shamelessly silly and contrived but I like how unpretentious and straightforward it is at setting up a setting where everyone is simply completely open and unashamed about sex. And that's quite a lot of content for a first day. Looking forward to seeing where this is going.

I'm also considering streamlining the writing a bit and making it more dialogue based. Cutting out all the 'said whoever, while doing a thing' stuff. That takes me ages to write, and I don't think it's as important if there's sexy pictures to look at.

First, these characters looks awesome.
Second, too many words may be annoying, but a nice story can still make the game interesting.

I couldn't find a lot of suitable male models to work with, I did try to age him up a bit... Also shows how much attention I pay to guys in porn, didn't realise it was based on a real person.

It is a porn game. Male characters beside the protagonist is not important

The writing is my favorite part of the demo. It's evocative, tantalizing, and hot enough to carry the game with the glazed-glass images. Good writing is a lot harder to find in adult games than sexy CG renders, and it does much more to give a distinct sense of character to the game.

Trimming it down from something like

to

would be a huge hit to the game's potential, in my opinion.

Yeah, a lot of games focus on renders and then the writing "sound" like cavemen.
Just you need to see the preview screens on their posts, all are renders, no one shows neither UI or eixamples of gameplay, nothing.

Thanks for this, it means a lot. As I mentioned earlier, my original concept didn't even have any images, I only added them later to give the thing some color once I realised how bland it looked. Then that seemed to be the most divisive feature in the comments.

Yeah, that was the stuff I was thinking of cutting, but you'll be happy to know after playing around in Twine for a while I can't come up with a format that I'm happy with. So I think I'll keep the writing the way it is, just don't complain when there's massive delays between updates, because it really does take me a long time to write (and rewrite, and rewrite again, then write different versions for all the variables). I was really just trying to come up with a way to streamline the process for myself. This was supposed to basically be series of loosely connected interactive short stories, but somehow I ended up with a 50,000 word intro.

And here i was waiting for the gay content..

I feel like these two comments directly contradict each other. All the characters are important for someone, as you'll hopefully see in the next update. Which might happen sometime. Depending on if I keep messing around with VaM...

Well, I'm still alive.

I do want to get back to this at some point, but I don't think I'm really in the right place for it now. The next morning (an optional sex scene a lot of people will avoid/hate and an awkward lore dump) is almost done though, so I may finish that up and do a surprise drop sometime. Which I guess won't be a surprise now that I've mentioned it.

Also I need to figure out what I'm doing with the art. If someone wanted to sort that part out for me, that'd be great...

What would people think if I released the next update (which again, will be very small) with a weird mish-mash of the old style filtered images, and the VaM models above?

Or should I wait until I actually make a decision?
