so I've just found hildr but I have no idea what I'm meant to do next, there are theses statue you can push around but they do nothing, you cant get past the boulders, no in the village will talk to you and the towers sealed off

If I remember correctly you need to go back talk to the Slime girl? I think

I did that and it give me a odd key which I used and got a vile Key but I have no idea what to do with it

Did you check the spoiler free guide that comes with the game?
There might be a clue there

Ok so the .exe of the game is in the folder "Roz-chan Game", right?
Well the guide should be in the folder where that folder is

I believe it is still being worked on it's just been long Enough for it to be tagged with abandoned

I believe the rule is any game that has no update for 6+ months gets slapped with an abandoned tag. However if the game is updated, then the tag will be removed.

Also where you see that a new update be coming out soon? Cause it would be a pleasant surprise for this game to get updated.

i talked with the creator and the game storybord is complete and some musics just art is not done yet
