you need have sex with Kare in ch.4 (I am not sure if this is a must), then to reject Revna first, then talk to Kare. He should flirt with you ask for repetition, and don't answer negatively. The current version is buggy with this scene because you won't be able to get Kare sto start his dialgue if you already accept Revna quest, even though you should've been able to.

In chapter 3, I can't seem to complete the 'Royal Genome' quest. Is it just a very big number of battles before you fight the queen in the caverns or I am doing something wrong?

Make sure you have space in your inventory so WHEN you do fight the queen she drops her genome and you just hand it to ralkf

technically, you should be able to even if you gave it because you have perfect huldra essence. but there is a bug in F95 version that you lost it in chapter 7. So, unless you want to cheat (I Already forgot how), you shouldn't give the recipe to Ralf.
