I had to delete the gifs and convert the png to jpg, as well as delete some variations (in fact I couldn't see how different they were from the existing two variations in the archive) in order to reduce the size of that thing (27GB originally).

So you basically deleted over 10-14gb gifs ?

I saved 1GB by removing the gifs, 6.5GB from converting to jpg, and about 7GB removing the unknown variations from the Honolulu folder.

It seems that these Japanese and Chinese artists have no clue on how to properly encode a vid/pic.

Added a small update for St Louis.

I glued all the animations of st lois on clothes and I can say that the time of all this happiness turned out to be 23 minutes almost 24 minutes and here are a few more parts it's again necessary to glue everything together-_-

slicing St lois long 34 minutes mp4 weigh 3 gigs tried to make 4k and realized that 20 gigs will have to be pumped either through torent or numi

Try using premiere pro. I combined all the Honolulu and St.Louis clips into separate videos for each character without much quality loss. You can find Premiere Pro cracks everywhere now,
