Unfortunately, there's no way to manually updating Fantia/Fanbox stuffs at Kemono rn. So no there will be no update there for Fantia/Fanbox.
The automated update however still active for Patreon.
i though kemono play safe since new rule on fantia and fanbox can affect them so they not update any fanbox or fantia since last august if im not mistaken, correct me if im wrong
