No idea what "spank" is. Is it a Move? Maybe show a cropped screenshot (alt+shift+s to select the area to screenshot, then paste it here in a reply).
I generally found the game well explained through the in-game tutorial. Of course, some limited familiarity with the game it's a parody of (Darkest Dungeon) probably helped me.
Okay, I'm pretty sure this is explained in the tutorial. When an adventurer's lust gauge reaches maximum, she can receive one of various afflictions, depending on various factors. When she's has such an affliction, they have a chance to be limited to some special moves. To get rid of the affliction, you need to lower the lust gauge again. All of the limited moves will lower the lust gauge (and probably inflict some kind of negative effect), but you can also make them masturbate, which has no negative effect.
It's preferable to instead lower the lust gauge before they receive an affliction. You can do that by packing anaphrodisiacs as part of your rations, or leave adventurers with high lust in your base while also staffing the tavern.
Although the "sucking off the enemy" part is probably a grapple action by the enemy. Rightclick them to see their bestiary entry, which includes their moves. I'd recommend to read that for every new enemy you encounter.
I don't think I've seen that, or anything like it, before. Are you using mods? If so, that may be part of them. Otherwise it may come from some equipment your rogue is using.

It's sad that it's "finished". I think there is so much potential, for example adding a backside view of the girls. I suspect that all outfits and all modding has to be redone for that, but that would elevate the game significantly.

Yes. The game could have been improved, refined, expanded... I think it was a major omission that some features were missing. For example, an archer with breasts larger than a certain size would have risked getting hit in the chest with the bowstring when firing. This could have given her extra lust or provoked an enemy to attack her character.
Which also includes boss dungeons. They can be rechallenged even after being officially conquered.

if u use the current download version of the game from here(which is the final finished version) hitting `~ on ur keyboard will pop up the console and just put in this line:
gold 1000000000
obviously thats not the sole command and u can put whatever number u like for that but to use the other commands id recommend typing in 'help' along with 'list smth smth'(the smthsmth being what u want a list of like say enemies)and u should be fine
Somewhat ironic that the hardest to obtain gear in the game is the one of... "very common" rarity. Because it is not a standard part of guaranteed dungeon rewards system and such can only be obtained either as (quite rare) random drop or by fully exhausting *all* other rarity pools, which forces it to appear as the only remaining items-to-get. It would be more sensible to move entire guaranteed dungeon rewards grid one rarity tier down, leaving the legendaries in such position instead. Or just making novice dungeons to use both "common" and "very common" pools by default instead of only "common" one. Or just elevating all findable "very common" stuff to "common" rarity, leaving "very common" category just for the very basic items that girls come pre-equipped with.
