“launch_vulkan.bat” helped me, instead of “UnrealErokin.exe”. I also think it makes sense to try "launch_dx11.bat"(didn't work for me)
Hope will be helpful for someone else in future)

There are still new posts on their patreon so the work is ongoing. Game seems not abandoned. We will see their progress with the next update. Glad I cancelled the support shortly after the last drop...

Per the most recent "Weekly Update" if you're a $25 Patron or Subscribestar member, there will be a version of the game available for them, likely to help test out the new images, characters and interactions they've been gradually implementing since the last Public version from a Year Ago.

I know it's cheaper this way but it sucks that they never make these kinds of games with male MCs. Skyrim is still the best adult game I suppose.
