Not much of a gameplay content Almost at the level of Unity version.
There is a huge world generated outside of the town, which looks very well.

Hopefully it will be filled with content

Game itself is pretty stable. 4K between 50-60 fps on high. On epic time to time get slowed, but thats all.
Interface need some polish and it will be good if there is inventory. Options freeze if full screen is selected and then app data have to be deleted.

So far so good. Lets hope it will not be dropped.

Well it looks good (besides the lighting of course, that could really use some improvement) but I'm a little confused. This is supposed to become an RPG right, and looking at when it was posted has likely been in development for well over 2 years now. But 90% of the content they've added so far is part of a bad end.?

Maybe it's just me but, don't their priorities seem a little skewed here? The game/story has barely even started, so how did they reach a point where they thought "You know what this really needs? An ending...".? :KEK:

I can't get a grasp on that either. I love the bad end don't get me wrong, it's nicely done. But I don't understand the fact it takes the priority on their roadmap when core mechanics and world building are still barebone.

Exactly my point. It is quite good yea, but I would've much preferred more progress story-wise instead of them shoving all the content into a bad end when things haven't even had the chance to get started yet.

Maybe they decided to focus on the bad end first to improve their skills when it comes animations and stuff like that, before moving ahead with the main story? That's really the only reason I can think of that would make some sense to me.

Completely agreed, plus some of the Bad End animations are really nice, but I'd love to see them with normal bright-eyed happy Alda rather than drug-addled mentally ruined Alda. Might just be a personal taste thing, but I hope we get to see those animations with her or perhaps simply get some form of character expression/decal swapping for the Gallery, which might be the simplest way to do that!

BearCore has said on his live streams several times that he doesn't really know what he's doing with this game yet. He knows that he wants a dark fantasy RPG with combat like Dark Souls, but that's about it. So there is a concept, but no real direction for the game yet. Which is unfortunate. I think he just wanted to get an ending to this game, and it just so happened that he was furthest on the Peitho route and that's why it was wrapped up.

This game is, also, definitely them branching into 3D and that takes a long time to both learn, rig, program, and create assets for. Bear is mostly doing this by himself while the rest of the team focuses on Neon Nights, but he has occasionally hopped over to help with Neon Nights production too. Just some context for why it's taken him two years.

Well, thanks for the insight. It's pretty wild he doesn't know where the game is going after 2 years in production. At least he's honest about it, I respect that.
