How do you save your game ?
The only thing I've managed to accomplish so far is to pick up some money lying around on the second floor, but after that and some wandering around, I can't figure out how to progress. Haven't been able to use the LMB for anything yet.

Go right, in the last location (girl who need sunscreen) search Stone (click E). Next return in first location, take Stone. Go right in Hotel, talk with receiption man, take money. Fuck girl! (sorry, but U try!))

-Go left and then right building use elevator and pick the cash
-Go right*6 (until the end) and pick stone from the grass
-Then go to juice stall (startup) and use stone
-Then follow her in hotel
-Then talk to work(receptionist) give him money and take the key
-Go right open the door the pick the empty glass (right side of girl in hotal room)
-Then go to stall to pour a drink
-Take drink and go right give red dress girl juice and go inside cafe, go left then go to toilet and fuck her#
-Now go out then go right, right, right in park
-Take scissors and go left then enter auto service go left then use scissors in button right side of car(in pillar)
-Take Button and go right use button in switch and press the button
-Then go left again then pick the key and wheel disk on the blue box type(something)
-Then go right and open the door and pick Bag and Vise(Saw)
-Then go to park and use bag on grocery to pick up in bag then carry the bag then go left*5 near the pawn shop in elevator then get in the elevator and give her the bag then fuck her
-Then go up in elevator then pick one gold bar
-Then go to Auto service in the room (where picked saw and bag)
-Use gold bar in vise and then use vise(saw) in vise again then pick piece of gold
-Then go to Pawn shop and use piece of gold and take money and go to hotal in bedroom and give money then fuck her#
-Then go to lobby in hotal to pick key (for key picking go to right plant then press w then go left) then use key to open drawer in right and pick empty sunscreen bottle
-Then go to cafe in left then go near the toilet then use bottle then pick full bottle then go right in end
-Give the girl bottle and go inside the house then fuck her#
-Pick the key near the bed then go left and pick the vodka bottle then in bedroom then go left to out
-Go to last left and give the guard vodka then pick crowbar then go to auto service
-Use crowbar to open suitcase and pick wrinch
-Then go again last left and enter the cabin and pick glue
-Then go out and use wrinch on engine on the left side(blue machine) and pick engine
-Then go to auto service in room use engine on left machine and again use wheel disk and on machine then pick tire go out then left in garage
-Use Tire in car then fuck the girl#
-Pick the nail file then go again left in last in cabin use nail file in the refrigerator then pick bottle then go to second last car lady
-Give bottle with ice to car lady then use glue and fuck her#
