Look, I finished it, took me maybe 20 minutes of walking around a lot and clicking E on just about everything.
I really don't know what to tell you here but I'm not going to replay it just so I can give you a step-by-step.

Maybe google the exact steps, though honestly there's not enough porn to justify playing it if you don't like figuring stuff out.

You need to walk around get items by pressing E in random place or walking over them. Then talking the item to right place or right person and then getting the right item to girls. Then you are shown few scenes (real porn), usually around 5s each, laggy. Don't waste your time.

I think it's meant to be this way. You need to go thru the gateways by pressing e or going to the edge of the screen. Goons raid her is similar concept but MUCH MUCH better.

Here's the walkthough from comments of the online version, use it or don't.
I'm done with this conversation.

Get ladder, hoop, exam book, and potion(massage room upper left) then place hoop and ladder, talk to the coach and give him exam book, pick up exam book with stamp on it. Go back to ladder room and give exam book to gym girl, take cup fill it with tea, pick up cup and go to room with interactive table and phone. Place the tea and put potion in it then call teacher, go back to exam hall and pick up key, go back to telephone room and have sex with teacher to get another key.

Open locker room and use second key to open second interactive locker, take the car keys go outside to open car and take cheat sheet, and take that to student who will then give you an old book. Go to dining room and pick up ladle and valve from the floor, and then go to library to put old book and go deeper in library to put ladle in crevice, pull lever down and enter room to have sex and pick up the next key, use that in locker room for first locker and go deeper to put valve on faucet.

Go back to dining room, and pick up the pan next to the woman, go back to the locker room and in front of the sink place pan and hose to get water, turn the faucet on to get a pan of water and put it on the gas in the dining room. Take burger, give it to the coach, take the lighter and bring it back to the woman in the dining room, after sex you can take the kamasutra which you will give to the girl in the massage room. Go back to room where coach was, take gold club and go back to the library.

Put golf club where you originally put the ladle, pull down and enter room. Take the lamp cover off, then take the bulb and put it in the lamp in the massage room. Now it is complete.

Well for that you would need a world renown studio with huge budget, super talented team and resources. Plus a team of lawyers to fight all the lawsuits The global market is not ready for these games...maybe for the good.
