Man that's crazy. That's the USA for you. Here in eastern europe you can beat someone half to death with prybar and get like 2 years+a fine, or even no fine if you just leave the town you're in and don't use your credit card for a while.

Even in places where lolicon is illegal, it's a much lesser crime than actually having **. Methinks there was a bit more than just lolicon...
I really hope the apk for Gardevoir's Embrace turns up eventually. I wanna play it again (and hopefully it works on my current phone).

He was on trial some time ago, not going to say this is the case but when dealing with this type of sentence, there are many such cases where when they are released, it's under set restrictions, like limited internet or supervised access, so he could be out walking free 'but-'
