It tries to create C:\Games\, I assume you might need some dark magic to create this folder?
(Had no issues except the game playing terribly slowly on my machine. Linux using Wine 5.9; Same effects on my VirtualBox Win10 instance - But did not used the setup tool there, I copy-pasted the contents from wine's C:\Games\ folder. Runs outside that directory but it runs... unberaringly... slow...)

And yes, thumbnails are broken.
Also, this is Unity, not Ren'Py.

For those having problems with installation (on WIN10): double click the iso and it will be auto-mounted to a new disc drive. On that disc drive you will find setup to perform the installation; by default it tries to install at c:\games\erophone - you can and should change that to whatever you want. Also there is an option for uninstall to be created.

Ah that iso shit reminded me of my youth lol
