You do realize that you're complaining about the lack of the TL of a Prologue which has, like, 15 lines and in essence is this:

Hey guys, I uhm new to this but uhh. Does anybody know where can I find the page of Damin's 1st work in this page? The one with the "Nyan-nyan 3d work" something. I only found 2 of 3 of his work in this site.
I already played the other two, provided by this site (thank you for that). And I found there is also another work made by the same guy, although it's older. I'd still wanna try it.

It's completely average, and there's not much to the game. I personally didn't review this one, but I'd rate it the same 3 as the other 2 reviewers. This is because, there's no basically story to the game (IIRC, there a few games just like this and I might be misremembering which one this is and what features it has.) The translation is bad or non-existent. It's basically just an animation collection.
Again, all from memory and I might be misremembering stuff about this game.
If you feel it deserves a different rating, you can add your own review to this (or any other game) you feel like.

Ohh, I didnt know the new one is shota. Still weird tho cuz there is games on here with loli that still have not been removed and that is a shota tag as well as games with shota so I dont know if that is whats going on...

Yeah, rule 7 is pretty inconsistent. There's a bunch of approved games where the MC is a explicitly a 10-11 year old girl or boy that are approved of. Others are banned. Though it's likely due to different mods looking at different games.
