I tested the Android version out on a emulator and it worked, the store page just says Android 6 or above.

Edit - And the same on my (Android 7) tablet too.

I'm using Android and it's works perfectly fine I did have to fiddle with it for it to download the apk correctly though, when I used the mega link it worked fine on the first try, for whatever reason the anonfile link when being extracted would corrupt itself making it unplayable

There isn't really a save, I think it's part of the registry. But you can unlock the gallery in the options menu.

This is the latest version from the Japanese DLSite. Everything on DLSite will be censored, it's a Japan based company so they will follow the (interpretation of) of their porn censorship laws.

Although it's Unity the mosaic is probably a part of the artwork, and not layered over top as a effect. You could ask in the How To Uncensor (Almost) Any Unity Game thread, but you might get the same answer.

Has to be either the Cave Anemonas, or the Warty Tentecles, not sure which of those specifically, which is only found on hard, the "tentacles" on normal will not unlock it
