I'd advise dev/s to palliate this workload (the pool would be useful in that situation like kitten path developed 1st, siren 2nd and cucko 3rd) by maybe releasing small updates than only advance one path for patreon only and release the big updates that have the 3 paths advancing go public.
Atleast that's one way to do things I think

Path exclusive characters aren't just about there being too many variations, it's about their personality and preference. I don't know what you expected but Lexi seems to be a rather shy, submissive girl who's let's be honest also pretty lacking equipment wise when it comes to topping. I think it wasn't unreasonable to expect that she isn't just gonna get on top and dominate Ashe. Same as the muscular domme cop isn't just gonna bend over and take it up the ass just becase "she could tho".
Morrigan clearly has a story that's being told here and while based on the comments there could be improvements on how the players interact with the story(this is a game after all) I like how the characters have integrity, you can follow them from the start and you can guess what they're likely to do or not do. This game prioritizes consitency and if you'd rather sacrafice that to get what you want that's fine, your comment just read like this came out of nothing, even though if you played the game and paid attention, it's no surprise at all.

on the route screen you can see it.
it will take time just like it should be to change a persons charakter and personality.

Yeah, I probably overreacted a little bit, but it is because I care about this game. I knew Lexi was more submissive, but at the same time, the dev said you can still be a bottom on the siren path, or a top on the kitten path, or have sex of the cuckquean path. So that comment gave me hope that we can still be with characters. I obviously never expected lexi to dom us or us to dom Nat. I just thought the route selection wouldn't matter as much, and her previous comments about how you can still do some things on the route like be more dom, which I was hoping for with lexi. I know there will be a couple type of scenes with lexi on the kitten path(dev told me), but I was hoping for full blown relationship.
So yes I overreacted like I said, I won't give up on this game I guess yet, It was just spur of the moment ranting cause I was legit upset, so I will continue to play this game, and I guess I will force myself to play the siren path so I can see more of lexi.

I think it's kind of crazy that 2 of the upper tier "futa/trans" games both released big updates at "almost" exactly the same time.

Honestly for me any discussion about updating any game is half the fun, so it entertains me in the meantime.
I think for many it was quite an event, like an early Christmas.

I loved the game at the time, I loved the concept and the characters, but the frustrating sandbox along with the little progress in the game made me stop following it.

This point has already been made at least 50 times by now, and people keep acting condescending and rebuking anyone with concerns, as if there's no reason for those on the Siren path to worry.
I don't think anyone was realistically expecting Ashe to turn around and start fucking everyone's ass. The problem is the total lack of progress towards that path. I say the more we voice that opinion, the better are the chances Morrigan see that Siren path is not hitting the mark for the people in it, though that might still make no difference in the end, and I would prefer them to stick to their vision to avoid inconsistencies.
