I don't get it, it literally did look like siren ashe was topping Fiona by riding her. Just because Fiona is more interested in Ashe's vag doesn't mean Ashe can't top her with that. Do people think any act of vaginal penetration = a sub?

I could answer you with a previous comment of mine but in case you're too lazyto read it here (I talk in there of some variations in the siren path if you wnat to check it out, I only quoted a part of it btw) :

HOLY SHIT, FINALLY, finally someone who understands that just because Ashe is penetrated does not mean she is surpassed, clearly in the scene Ashe dominated Fiona to the point it was Fiona who received all the cum, thank you.

It's like saying there are no dominant women in sex, it's absurd.

I also want to talk abt that Fiona scene, I agree with the fact that the player should have an option to refuse it. However I feel like that scene was pretty vanilla I'd even say it leaned more towards femdom for Ash.
1st, ofc there is the dialogue variation where she's confident abt taking it and is being playfully bossy, limit ordering Fiona to begin and penetrate her.
I think doing the cowgirl position, meaning she has control over the pace (Well she still didn't control herself very well but it's was her 1st time so it's ok) and the fact that she nearly gave Fiona a facial made it lean a bit more toward the dominant side. At least that's how I feel.
Only thing I think dev could have done better in that scene is the pinching/playing with Fiona's nipples. I would've like it if in the spur of the moment Ash lightly pinched them. She also could've put some fingers in her mouth and played with her tongue. But I think it's still too early for the current Ash.

Idc bc ultimately I want my Ash to be a femdom and futadom queen lol, yk embrace her duplo identity and make a strength out of it.

I never understand how someone can make a post like that and feel happy with it. Zero substantiation, no exploring the reasons for their disliking the game, and not even using proper grammar. I always think, "This? This kind of shit message is what you're fine with representing you to the world?" Ok but I don't think it's just that here. I'd have prbbly agreed with you if the scene wasn't different from the kitten one. It is different. Even Ash's behavior is diffenrent. Plus, depending on if you dreamt abt her or not there's a prty big variation.
So yeah I think there will be a dom path for Fiona. Idk why the kitten guys want to imprison her on the sub path. I may be spouting nonsense but that's what it seems like.
