there was nothing to suggest Delilah was a blackmailer
HAhahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Please give up with this. It may not be her at all, but it is specifically written to make her look the most culpable. Denying that is just being blind to what's right in front of you (so yes, they probably are all red herrings)...but to deny the existence of said red herrings that literally points to her is being obtuse.

Initially, there was nothing to suggest Delilah was a blackmailer, and there still isn't. However, there's a lot against it. It's a very stupid theory.
She knew Ashe is a duplo (the way she acted in the bus made her immediately a suspect), she's asocial and she's in love with Ashe. Those 3 combined made her one of the biggest suspects before this episode. And what happened this update wasn't enough at all to remove her from the suspect list.

Indeed, scheduled text messages are a thing, and it is possible that she still could be the blackmailer, though unlikely.

Bella could be another candidate as well that some haven't considered. The increasingly daring tasks and belittling responses could indicate that she's behind it. It's not too far out the realm that Rachel spilled something when she was really drunk or maybe let something cryptic slip in front of Bella.

Whilst the evidence doesn't completely clear Delilah, I think the tone/genre of the plot makes it very unlikely that the events in this chapter are a misdirect after that confrontation and her being a fake lead. She was a great pick for a suspect though. Also I gotta say I'm doubtful of Bella as the candidate as well after her reaction to Ashe being exposed.

So my thinking is that it's more likely related to the Jessica's little incident we participated in if we're considering suspects we've personally met. Otherwise I think it's related to the suicide of the duplo girl who pops up in the news and there's someone of some group of someones that are getting up to harassing duplos.

I was felling pretty torn about this game from the beginning, and it just keeps getting worse with every update.

On the one hand I love the game for the art, the characters and the amount of choices. And I don't just mean the main choices (dom/sub/cuck), but also all the little choices throughout the game. Who you wanna fuck, how you want scenes to go, how you wanna react to things like the blackmailing and other things. That's all stuff I really like in games.

On the other hand the story keeps pushing me away more and more. I was already suspicious at the begining about this whole duplo hate thing. I mean it just doesn't make sense. Why are duplos hated and discriminated against, while "normal" dickgirls like Cloe can go around and flaunt their dick and no one cares? Then the whole blackmailing cop and blackmailing Ms. X thing started, and I had a massive "Futa Dominion" flashback, when porn games try too hard to have a story and add drama. And don't get me wrong, I don't mind porn games having a story, I don't porn games having drama, but if you try too hard, and overdo it, you just ruin the game. And then the end of the last update basically made both blackmailing incidents completely pointless to begin with (maybe except for adding more sex scenes to the game), while adding more unneccessary drama.

It just doesn't really make any sense anymore.

To be honest, only point 3 might rule Vanessa out (unless she's working together with someone, which I doubt). The first two points imo doesn't rule out Vanessa at all imo. Like I mentioned earlier her reaction would be logical if she's Ms X because now she doesn't really have anything left to blackmail Ashe with and why would she mind getting a Valkyrie shot if she likes Ashe?
I think point 2 is the strongest against Vanessa being the blackmailer. I can't imagine she would knowingly drink Luna's cum as part of some weird masterplan. I'm 99% sure her reaction is tied to Moira banging some duplo (maybe Jessica) while Vanessa's other mom was on her deathbed.
At this point the blackmailer is either Moira/Jessica spying on Ashe at Vanessa's house through cameras or it's some asspull with Evelyn's estranged sister, though I can't immagine how she was spying on Ashe at the party and during the date with Vanessa.

There is no "why". There are some excuses that pop up repeatedly in various degrees of explicitness like "common knowledge", probably bullshit stats, and maybe religion but nothing with real evidence. It not making sense is the point, because discrimination doesn't make sense and using some fantastical group to point that out is a staple of fiction.
And then the end of the last update basically made both blackmailing incidents completely pointless to begin with (maybe except for adding more sex scenes to the game), while adding more unneccessary drama.
To be fair, only the Ms X blackmail is defanged. The cop still has the drug charges to hang over Ashe and Rachel. Also whilst Ashe no longer has her sex as a secret to be used against her, she still has Ms X as someone she'd want to hunt down and get justice against so that plotline isn't exactly dead. Also whilst it would be unsatisfying, not getting justice or clear closure would be realistic in this case.

Really Ashe getting outed was pretty much a certainty from the start. It's what happens afterwards that will be the real meat of the story I think.

I haven't played voyeur yet (only Siren), but am I understanding you correctly that on that route Ashe just orders it and Luna puts her cum in it and not asks someone for the ingredients and then uses her own cum? If so, then I agree that it's doubtful to be Vanessa unless Vanessa expected Ashe to use her own cum.

First, we were told how Delilah found out and why she lied.
Second, her behavior on the bus clearly showed that she couldn't be a blackmailer, because a blackmailer wouldn't be so stupid as to let it slip.
Third, Delilah isn't at all social; she actually wants to be a journalist and was applying for a job. She's modest and shy, but not at all social. And for the same reasons, Delilah's character exonerates her from suspicion of blackmail, because she couldn't do such a thing or interact with Ash like that.
Fourth, being in love doesn't turn someone into a blackmailer.

You have no reason to believe this stupid theory; you just want to believe it.

What you're writing is nonsense. There's nothing to suggest it. She doesn't have the right personality, and she let it slip that she knows Ash's skeret. For any thinking person, that's enough to understand she can't be a blackmailer.

First point: Yes, but that isn't any proof she isn't the blackmailer.
Second point: A slip of the tongue is easy to do when you're in love.
Third point: Just being a journalist doesn't mean you can't be asocial.
Fourth: Tell that to all the stalkers and blackmailers that do such stuff to celebrities they're in love with.

Yes, in the cuck route the blackmailer tells Ashe to ask the bartender to make that drink and to give it to Vanessa. Only in the siren route ashe makes the drink.

Ah I see now in the code it's also worded differently on non-Siren paths (order instead of create). Then yeah, I don't think it's Vanessa unless she also expected Ashe to use her own cum even when ordered.

what's the update cycle of this game? 6 months?
also i really can't get Vanessa's anger towards the end
Her anger is imo near certain because of the general villainization of duplos in this game's universe (or at least the country) and probably also because of her own bad experiences.

I've read that usual cycle is indeed about 6 months, but now it took about 12 because of personal issues.
