For real. My personal ideal for a Dom/Sub type relationship is one where it's not just the Dom taking advantage all the time, but actually gives the Sub a reason to want to please them and not just rely on the Sub to be turbo horny all the time.

I didn't realize just how close I was to the end of the current update, but I gotta say that this game is really good. I wasn't expecting such a grounded story with the premise being "No men in the world, only girls with dicks, pussies, and both". If I had a complaint it's that Ashe is such a relatable character that it's hard to see her have all this shit that she has to go through. I wish the blackmail was avoidable but I understand that it's an integral part of the story. She's just so goddamn cute I wish I could give her a hug and tell her everything is gonna be okay.

Dev's latest progress report still targets August for the next release
And yet for those who don't communicate thru discord or know what's going, that's valid. If anything, the game will be short or abandoned within...let's say 3 years. hope I'm wrong.

I would not count on it. But at this point, why would a little time more matter? I rather have a Story continued with the best quality possible when It's done and not some half assed stuff the dev is not Happy with while everyone here starts whining about how bad everything is.
I mean I know people will complain anyway, but maybe not as many...

While F95zone is not the oficial place for the developer to comunicate with her supporters Morrigan still comes here from time to time to answer questions and somethings release some info (same for some supporters).
So there is no excuse to start throwing random and mostly untrue rumors about the game. Specially when you can read said info about the game here, from Morrigan and some supporters posting news, or even on discord too.

Morrigan had some computer issues near the first of the year. She had to replace some of her setup and wasn't able to do any renders for a bit but she's back up and seems to be going strong based on the progress reports.

In addition, this update is some kind of an experiment, where the dev wanted to try an event with lots of branching to challenge themselves. Also this is a party where a lot of background characters are implemented to create a lively atmosphere. All this takes the dev more time than the usual updates before this.
Morrigan already mentioned that after this development will likely go back to the usual devcicle.

Late august would be the only way we getting in August, that said...renders take time and there is also music/sound(currently 0% but is probably a fast process) and test/bugging that is at 0% but should take at least a week or two depending on how many bugs Morrigan finds. I would say we most likely will get the update mid september or at worst case scenario very early october.

Glad to hear it. If it's patreon supported 'Learning on the job' delays is simply questionable - delaying development. A fact is, nearly every patreon supporter IS looking for a solid finished product. That said, development/updates for one person development/small team takes time and a year between updates highly probable, and I know this game is a quality piece of work, which in this case, going offroad may not bee an issuse.
Sadly IT IS all to common for games to fail or spiral out of control, and end up in remakes or years of development flushed down for offroad development. When the vision gets blurred or unforseen problems rears their ugly face, then you sit there alone and having to sort a mess out, finding the 6 months suddenly become 11, with no guarantee moving forward will be doable without throwing away a year and add 6 months redeveloping.
That being said, this 'game' is really good so, waiting should not be an issue.

BTW that's MY opinion. I didn't source anything but valided someone else comment being compared to DiK. Not like they compared them to Nonoplayer, Tentacle Thrive dev.
I think Morrigan is a great solo dev n EI is a good project.
