Why though? She has very clearly been set up as either the blackmailer or an stalker of the mc. She knows about mc being a duplo and I havent played in a while but I remember other hints being dropped in the text.
It probably would have been revealed already if she was the one. We alredy got the hints for it. If she ends up being the one than it will be a plotline that's being dragged for too long.

Because so far the writing of this whole VN was just too clever and thoughtful to lead to such an obvious reveal. It would not fit with some of the good solutions and the worldbuilding done so far.
A couple of month ago there was a big discussion about this topic. I just don't find it anymore. Some other people shared their opinion there who could be the blackmailer as well.

Firstly, her image and personality are significantly different from the image and personality of the blackmailer who sent Ashe messages. Revealing her as an evil genius who's been pretending to be someone else all along would be too far-fetched.
Secondly, she told Ashe that she knew Ashe was a duplo. This raised suspicions, which would be stupid if she were the blackmailer. Meanwhile, the real blackmailer is clearly very smart and has much more power.
Thirdly, there are far more suitable candidates for the role of the blackmailer, who fit both in personality and power. Although I'm inclined to believe this is a new character.
Fourthly, the girl who brought drugs to the party is most likely the blackmailer, and she's clearly not Delilah. Although another possibility is that she could be seeking revenge on Vanessa for something.

It's 100% just the girl from earlier who was live streaming bringing the shit to the party, she's probably blaming both mc and Vanessa for live streaming her pussy. So record horny bitches cumming and then show the world.
on another note, god the whole black mailing thing is soooo boring to me. I have no interest in it and really hate that we as a character are so afraid of these outcomes at least to not talk to anyone about it.
