Most likely, but also something that is probably a good 5 - 7 updates away. Right now there's just so much shit going on that can potentially just mega-fuck Ashe's life and mental state that adding something like that might push things too far (even though I feel like it's a bit too far on a lot of fronts already) as it likely will then delve more into the discrimination and persecution that duplos are facing.
I don't think you can honestly put two duplos together and not have them talk about their experiences.

There may be a mono futa amongst the cast that is hiding their duplo status too. At least, I think that would be a cool dynamic to have at some point. Probably better if it was an older character/milf.

I only dl the new update and start it. I also just Copy the saves to the new version and delete the old folder entirely. You can actually skip that as RenPy saves your data at another place as well. I do it just for redundancy as I always have a lot of saves for branching decisions.

you haven't made the right choices to unlock the route. If you don't want to replay the game again scroll back a few images, make a save then install URM, load that save, and look up the following variable name and change each false value to true, that will unlock all 3 routes.

That is one of the great unknowns of the game, as we do not have other real examples of what a totally corrupt Duplo would be like, at the moment it seems that they are just prejudices, perhaps the Duplos have latent potential to be mega bitches, but at the moment it does not seem that the Duplos have anything abnormal.

No the game shows that she is. As the player you can choose to act upon/indulge in them or not however. Going through the game's code, never knew that the name Cleo says when getting the MC's name wrong changes based on what's the first letter of the name you gave to the MC. And if you name her "Alice" then Cleo will mistake her name for "Ashe". Really cool attention to detail.

I was about to type this, I'd more wager that her reactions are a byproduct of being so completely disconnected from the rest of the world due to prejudice, persecution, fear and anxiety that her libido is trying to find some outlet given that Ashe doesn't exactly hit the town for a one night stand.
It's difficult to suppress natural urges and they have a tendency to weasel their way out regardless, sometimes in ways that we might not want.

Basically the way this game describes duplo libido is like that, wanting to fuck every biped that looks vaguely humanoid.

Except that the ones with the highest libidos we've seen have all been monos, Fiona is constantly horny and all the big pushy girls on the CQ path have been monos as well. Not to ignore Natasha who's constantly pushing for sex with everything that moves.

I don't recall a number or indication of the % of duplos in EI, does anyone know? (Might've been mentioned somewhere)
