This is just the characters including their sex in the top right (green D = duplo, blue M = male, red F = female) and when applicable their relationship to eachother (pink line = lovers, white line = family).

Thanks for that, I had only noticed the D for Ashe. A lot more males than I thought that's for sure!

Can you name a single so-called 'mono futanari' that doesn't qualify? Nope.
I wonder if other animal species in this alternate reality are called 'mono futanari' and 'female' as well.

A mono futa is a contradictio in terminis, but that's all I'm going to say about it because I don't want a warning for being off-topic if we're going into a discussion about that.

If we gonna start "nitpicking" on terminology and semantics/meanings then....
No idea why there isn't a fantasy tag because this game universe/alternate reality is fantasy, thought it had but seems not. Not important or relevant though.
The creator clearly imagined their own set of rules for this game universe, only females with 3 sub genders as female, mono futa and duplo futa. All character names are what we recall as feminine names in our reality, even when they call a deity is "goddess" and never "god". Must be hard sometimes to write always into that set of rules, some mistakes will eventually appear, that is why proofreaders exist. It would be harder in Portuguese, my primary language since we gender everything lmao.
So lets try to respect whatever the developer imagined hehe, even when we think its "wrong" for the purposes of the story/game is not wrong.

If nothing has been said in dialogue or lore ( developer blogs), then In my head, a virus, wiped out the male gender , and caused the women to develop into futa.
in some rare cases you get duplo‘s like the MC, Ashe.

As far as I know, you get the most sex scenes (and some of the scenes go farther) when you keep Ashe between 76% and 99% drunk level. The one exception is Wilma, where you have to keep her sober instead.

Apart from Vilma's scene, being drunk actually lets you unlock the most scenes out of the episode (considering that you're playing the Siren or Kitten routes, of course).
I thought at first that it was best to keep Ashe on the sober side, but it kind of makes sense for her to be tipsy in order to feel encouraged to do certain stuff, even on the Siren path.
As for getting several scenes from those choices, you can't, you're only able to do one out of the four.
What you COULD do is watching how the scenes play out, see the variables involved, and adding them by using tools like URM. That way, the game would register two (or more) scenes from that bunch as experienced.
However, that's something you can do, like I said, but not particularly advisable, as we don't know yet how the different choices could play out in the future, and if they will overlap or even potentially corrupt that save.
What I think (this is entirely my opinion) is that the first two choices (Kimmy/Madison and Wilma) are the ones that could have a sort of 'bigger' impact in the future, as I'm not sure how many interactions there'll be with the strippers/pornstars as things stand out.
