Here's my conspiracy theory, part of which I've described. Morrigan hasn't decided who the blackmailer is and is watching the players' reactions. She wanted to introduce Delilah to the circle of those who know Ashe's secret. Fiona told her, logically. But the players suddenly, for some unknown reason, began to suspect Delilah was the blackmailer claiming she was obsessed with Ashe, and Fiona couldn't tell her. Morrigan thought this was an interesting plot twist and decided to tease the players by creating a scene in which Fiona denies telling Delilah Ashe's secret. This culminates in the final episode, when Morrigan supposedly proves the conspiracy theorists are right, but in reality, she's trolling and destroying their theory. Applause, my respects, brilliant move.

Why do you think this blackmailer is so smart and cunning? What has she done so far that an idiot couldn't do?

I find this line of thinking to be ironic because blackmailing Ashe was actually an incredibly stupid decision. We can safely assume that Ashe and her friends are going to eventually uncover the blackmailer's identity. In a few episodes from now when this all backfires horribly for Ms. X maybe you will make a post about how stupid she is?
To be fair you have to have a pretty high IQ to send a couple of texts and a buttplug to Ashe without telling her who you are :LUL:

Lke I said before, there are 3 possible reasons for blackmailing Ashe: to play her like a chess figure in a game (revenge, relationship with Vanessa, duplo related things), to get her under control for blackmailer's enjoyment, or to emancipate her. Only the last one looks real stupid to me. Anyway, I think it's the best option for Ashe. Otherwise she can lose her freedom.

We can safely assume that Ashe and her friends are going to eventually uncover the blackmailer's identity.
I'm sure the blackmailer will show up herself or play Ashe until the end of the game with a really bad ending.

Fiona had no idea Ashe was a duplo, didn't cover Delilah's story about how Delilah found out, cast suspicion on her in chapter 5 saying "she's been acting weirder than usual the last few days", and has no motive.
She could play her part too.

Rachel has no motive and no reason to work with Delilah.
There were too few contact between them we could see.

Evelyn and Delilah have the same problems just Evelyn has - they have no way to know the kiss happened. Not to mention, how do you think this conversation would go "hey Evelyn, do you wanna blackmail your daughter with me?"
That's why if Evelyn is behind the blackmail, she must be the main culprit. And she's got a good enough motive.

Kate and Delilah is at least possible, but they still don't have eyes at the party after Delilah leaves. And the scene showing Delilah leaving for the party being questioned by Kate would suggest this is not the case. Honestly, if Kate's involved it's probably just Kate. Also, Kate's two possible motives (prejudice or being pissed about Ashe x Zoey in her bed) are both unlikely since she hooks up with you twice in the days after.
On of the conditions were kissing Rachel in the open place. Everybody could connect to cameras. They had the skills.

What's the difference? People in the game have different tastes, too. I doubt Isabella and Fiona have the same tastes and follow the same fashions.
Because it's just the projection of the author's fantasy.

Because it was a coincidence that the message arrived while Delilah was looking at her phone, and that she lied about how she knew Ashe's secret. But that's all.
Why Delilah would look at her phone at the party?

And they were all hired by the government.
Possible, with the duplo discrimination. After all, the game is all about that.

There's never been any evidence that Delilah is a blackmailer, as I've written extensively about. She's not that kind of character at all. And her fatal mistake proves it, too.

1. No. Again, firstly, Delilah has a different personality. If she suddenly turned out to be a cunning and cruel bitch who blackmails the woman she's in love with, that would be a really bad plot twist, coming out of nowhere. Secondly, her failure suggests that she's not that bitch and isn't capable of such cunning, calculating, and cruel games that require thinking one step ahead. Not because she's stupid, but because she has a completely different personality.
2a. I see no reason to think she lied a second time.
2b. It's just a coincidence. Ashe looked depressed about the blackmail, and Delilah wanted to support her, without considering Ashe's reaction.
I don't like the idea that Delilah is a blackmailer. Anyway, I'm trying to get the whole picture. She was literally obsessed with Ashe since the game start. She could not be a blackmailer solo because she was too drunk to write Ashe a message after twins' kiss. Yet, she could be a member of the team.

How do you know if Morrigan prefers a pronoun she?

With due respect I highly doubt that Morrigan has not at least outlined the broad structure of the narration.

She seems to be too focused on the relationship of people and the way the story unfolds.

A good author surely is able to make up a lot of things as they go but to plant all those little details and keep track of clues imho you need to have the story layed out already. And Delilah seemded an obvious red herring from the start I think.

All of this can easily be made up on the spot.

I don't understand how Delilah can be a red herring after her failure.

Because everyone does it? That's a strange question.

Delilah is a government spy. She might be a robot disguised as a human. A Terminator.

How do you know if Morrigan prefers a pronoun she?
Someone called Morrigan that, I think it was Jafo.

Yeah, but Delilah had her love interest before her. Why would she look at the phone instead of Ashe?

Do you know what a red herring is?
It's a distraction, in this case Morrigan pointed to Delilah making her very suspicious but also revealed during the party that she was not the blackmailer.
Or, Delilah could be an X in the game equation. Ms. X.

I keep seeing people say it ashe mother or sister or Fiona and like yeah they is no way in hell it those three. family doing the blackmailer would ruin trust and everything. Fiona i doubt she seem like the type to be upfront in her schemes like how she trying to get ashe laid by saying let go party and get drunk. i dont think it van cause she have a soft spot for ashe you can see how when ashe ask her to join th pool fun and she agrees. ori i cant say much as we only know she was a bad date and is friend with van. right now my target is the random girl who walk into the room and was mumbling about looking for the bathroom.

Probably because she's not a zombie-obsessed person who only thinks about Ashe.
Yet she is.

Evelyn could want Ashe to get a sex partner to get rid of her moves towards her.

Rachel had a year to plan the blackmail.

Fiona has no reason yet she could help because of her job.

Delilah is obsessed with Ashe.

Kate could be a red herring in the team.

Vanessa could be a trigger.

Ori could be an exit.

Because nobody does that. Why she's not with Ashe all the time at the party - that's the question. She's always around her waiting for the right moment. Or she's spying on her.
Possessed zombies do that. The answer to your question is because Delilah is not a zombie.

With all respect. I have read as we speak 3000 posts about possible blackmails. And still no clue. The last post I made was it could be Rachel. Because the confession. But I think it is better to stop. Morrigan is also reading here. And she could change the script about the game.

So let us stop guessing and just wait and see how it will go on.

Changing the story because someone guessed who the blackmailer is would be kinda dumb. She should stick to the story she wants to tell and be happy peolpe like her story enough to waste time speculating about it on a pirate website.

I don't know how long you are reading this thread. But I am reading here almost from the beginning. And yes, I also joined the discussion in the beginning. But soon finding out that there are so many people who can be the blackmailer. So I stopped talking about the subject. Until I maybe have an idea about being Rachel. And than I stopped again. Good luck guessing all.

I'm not guessing. I'm trying to avoid disappointment, so I'm analyzing, discussing and opposing those who think their ideas should prevail over the others ones.
