That sounds interesting. I think it's too early for me to play yet (sorry, long backlog of games to try). If it can manage to run on Linux, I'll give it a shot...

This reminds me of a game several years back that was abandoned, called Will Deprived.
Hopefully this one won't be abandoned, as just like WD it has a lot of potential to be a hit.

Not for now, sorry... A Linux and Android build is planned once I finish Act 0 (the canyon escape).
I still need to complete all the core mechanics, add the sound system, and squash all the bugs.

Can we plant the plant we birthed by the wet dirt pile or is that not in the game yet?
Not yet — I need to finish and debug the entire lactation system first.
That includes not just creating the assets and fixing bugs, but also laying the groundwork for future breast-based pregnancies in the next acts.

Exactly! I played it years ago too, and always hoped for a full release — but it never happened.
Now that I (hopefully) have more free time and better skills, I thought: why not make the kind of game I’d love to play here?
So yeah, WD was one of my inspirations (pixel art, sci-fi setting, interactive animated scenes), but I’m mixing that with a more Monkey Island or Day of the Tentacle vibe — lots of silliness and surreal adventure.

You don't necessarily need to have a Linux version, I manage to run many Win games just fine with wine or proton. But some engines are particularly tricky to run, e.g. WolfRPG and TyranoBuilder. What engine are you using?

I'm using Godot 4.4.1, but not the Mono version (with the C# compiler) - I don't need it for now.
Then you should have no problem: Godot, being a modern engine not made by the Japanese, always runs well with wine (no need to even use proton, which is wine + compatibility dlls). In fact, I just tried to run the game, and it works without issues.

I got a weird string of direct3d shader errors when trying to run this via wine, but I was able to rip the PCK out of the executable and use that with the 4.4.1 linux release from godot's web site without problem

Hmmm. Weird. AMD or Nvidia? Could be Nouveau being a pill as usual...

But it's good to point that out: Lord Anon you can easily make a Linux native release even if you don't have a Linux machine to build or test. It's most likely to work without hiccup.

Missing AI Tag.
Yes, there is AI involved in two main areas:
- The character portrait during dialogues (the face render I made in Blender didn’t turn out that great);
- The AI responses in the dialogue between the protagonist and her internal AI.
However, I’m not sure if that qualifies for the AI CG tag, since it’s not used to generate full art or scenes.
For anyone curious: the assets are made using a mix of Blender renders, then edited and refined with Aseprite and PixelOver.

given that the game I have played is so far clearly hand drawn pixel art, warts and all.
The characters avatar image in dialogue has over 8000 unique pixel colors in a common noise distribution.

Are you telling me.. an artist hand painted 1000 different shades of blue pixels all a few hex values off in a noise distributed seed - for that image? :ROFLMAO:

Note for the future - If you want to hide that your using AI:
- You need to decimate your palette down to hide that noise distribution, you can use a pixel plugin that resolves 1000's of pixels down to a palette of say 12 or 20.. this will collapse that noise pattern and make your pixel art look more "hand drawn" because pixel artists will never use 1000 different shades of a single shade of blue, although you may need to clean it up after.
