Here is a filtered page with no MTL games in sight, use it instead of complaining about MTL.

Edit: For those complaining, yes it basically excludes japanese games but it is the only solution until more tags are added.

This game is a quest, where you have to collect items and use them in certain situations to move further. Sex scenes are very few and there is no point in grinding them.
