Can't figure out how to move around and get out of the cell. No real clues on how to move around. Deleted the game

A Cheat Table that has all the necessary stats (health, ammo, money, damage, etc)
what are the controls for this game i only know the moving and E what else how to shoot and attack
You have to use in-game terminals.
However, this game is quite short and New-Game+ doesn't add much value.

Motion Blur, I was never a big fan of it, you can't even disable it. Now it's just pain everytime I even move my mouse slightly.
Cool, now how do you open the items, shake off the enemy when they grab you control the cameras in every situation, look at the items you pick up and mess with them etcetera etcetera... including how do you run, how do you jump, how do you crouch how do you roll, how do you dance disco, how to do the macarena, how to cook mac and cheese, how do you pay the bills, how do you get child support, how do you find the dealer, how to learn how to drive, how do you pimp smack a bit**?
If you hold Shift, that will let you run. No idea how to shake an enemy off yet, but holding R-Mouse button will let you rotate the camera around once you're grabbed, and the mouse wheel lets you zoom in or out whether you're grabbed or not.
I haven't found a key for item inventory - there doesn't seem to be one. I pressed every key on the keyboard that I didn't know already did something, and there doesn't seem to be a crouch or a jump, either. I think crouching is situational. I found a hole in the wall, and when I approached it, pressing E let me go through the hole.
That's the best I got for you, chief.
