You can try Sadistic Maid Rebellion and Succubus Maze. It's pretty much similar games, where you need to run away from girls, also with 3D CGI.

Ah I remember that translation... it's bad, it's really bad. Plus the menus are untranslated. Well maybe it's been updated since then but I doubt it.

In the end, the only complaint I have with this game is the gallery system. Not in terms of the gacha mechanic (that's clever in a game like this), but rather since you can't lose health from smartphone scenes, there is quite a lot of dialogue missing. The hell items are a better resource to actually have a functional gallery, unfortunately.
