shelter has 2 sidequests - getting a TV circuit board from a house in neighborhood, and placing a necklace in a bag at school. quest giver for the second one is a fat guy, who I assume is the 'geek' referred here.
both of them are received and done as a girl tho, I did not encounter any quests or events as a dude. the ability to play as a dude is probably just a placeholder for future ntr events.

Takeo scene ? it happened automatically after u beat the principal at the school stage
u can see a dark cut out scene when Okamoto is waiting for the lift to go downstairs at night after that stage

anyone know how to cheat this game? I'm so shit, lmao. I tried extracting the save file using https://f95zone.to/threads/pixel-game-maker-mv-extractor.105950/ to figure out how to change the money variable, but I can't find it.

I figured out how to use cheat engine to edit the money and ammo variables! (just use the double variable-type, when running your scans).
