I already got the one for trying to run away near the end. If there's another chance to flee I haven't found it.
basically just wait and do nothing. the magatama will change color over time and once the color faded you will get the CG. it takes very long thou so i recommend u speed up the game using cheat engine or something.
Does anyone know how to pass this level? I've already tried adding the bread, but it doesn't work

Trying to decide if I'm patient enough to wait for a save or just going to delete. I don't think I'll be missing out on a ton...
FOR EVERYONE STUCK ON STAGE 7!!!! THIS COMMENT IS FOR YOU!!!!
1. Walk into the room, and place the bread on both plates as you pass by.
2. You're at the end of the table, pick up wine glass.
3. Start moving to the right end of the table now. Place down the wine glass in every spot you can. PICK IT BACK UP AFTER YOU PLACE IT DOWN.
4. Repeat this until you reach the RIGHT END OF THE TABLE. Place wine glass here.
5. You can now walk to the exit door on the left.
This should work, let me know.
