Try it again with these additional steps:
- after closing the game restart the game
- load 2-1
- close game and then overwrite the 2-1 savefile
One of those two things always worked for me

Yes, you have to copy them from the My Saves folder into the game/save folder. Remember that if you copy for example my save 2-1-LT1.save, when you start the game you will find it on page 2 position 1.

It's better if you copy my save to a free space of your saves or delete your 2-1 save. To copy my save to a free location for example page 8 position 5 just change the numbers of my save from 2-1 to 8-5.

You definitely missed something in the storyline. I don't know where you are in the game, try to post your save and I'll see what I can do.

You missed to have breakfast with mom at the right time of the storyline so now it's impossible to fix your save. I suggest you to use my save end version 01.

here is my unofficial android port of Escort Agency 2 v0.10.
from now on my android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11
), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

I enjoy the game but I have been constantly getting stuck in infinite loops only being able to progress by choosing the next version of save provided (Which normally has me skipping quite a bit). The Save v.03 lasted a while but when I took Janet to Red Moon I needed to buy a whip for the next session. Immediately after that I saved, and it just loops infinitely with nothing more I can do. The bugs definitely ruin the game, the dialogue is a little lacking but overall it's a good game to just bullshit on as long as you can somehow avoid the game breaking infinite loops.

I started the game over several times and never got stuck. Of course you have to follow a storyline that the game suggests from time to time, you have to read the dialogues and never click fast, if you skip a dialogue / hint you're done! For the first three versions there is a walkthougt in the changelog, from version 0.8 I added an SOS button to the phone that step by step tells you what to do. Remember, if you get stuck it means you missed something in the storyline so reload your old save or mine and try to find what you did not do.
