Because a lot of people still praise it and enjoy it despite not having any fresh kinks as you say.
If you want better kinks then there are other games. But Cari has always stuck with his guns and knows what his audience likes (i.e. vanilla harem romance that warms the cockles of reader's hearts, LIs that have god-tier asses, a story that's entertaining enough to stand on its own even without the porn).

Dev has a massive butt fetish. So anal is pretty much expected.
Same with pregnancy, which is a byproduct of his creampie fetish (and why it's optional instead of mandatory).
Like I said, dev knows what he likes so he sticks to his guns instead of reinventing the wheel. And people like it for what it is.

It feels silly to state the obvious, but here we go: this game is what it is, and it isn't what it isn't. We're here for what it is, and it makes sense to wish or argue for things consentaneous with what the game is, but not for things entirely divorced from it. I don't see why you'd spend time arguing for changing the nature of the game into something else entirely.

I totally agree with you on that, If Cari doesn't want it then NOBODY should pressure him or try to force him into putting that kind of content into HIS game. Remember that Cari is doing his way and not ours. If you don't like it then use the search function on the downloads page to find what YOU want.
