We didn't get enough time to test this in this episode, but if Orion can teleport clothes out of Eternum, what else can he teleport out? Eternals, the Weapons of Atlas and the Gems of Doom are special, but what about:
- astral projections of PCs?
- NPCs?
- gold and gems?
- sci-fi and magical items?
I had the same questions. I figure it's like this though I could totally be wrong, these just seem like the most logical
assumptions I guess...
-If he tries to Transport an Astral Projection to the Real World, it doesn't work, only he goes back. They're like a manifest of the Soul, this they can interact with the other Souls (NPCs) in Eternum, and nothing else outside of its jurisdiction? Save for anything currently WITHIN its Jurisdiction, such as Calypso because she's Physically there or the MC's Physical Body because he's Physically there.
-Gems of Doom and Atlas Weapons are literally Magical Items, I reckon they don't cross over. There may be a few exceptions like a Magical Accessory or Clothing for instance, but they lose all their Magical Qualities/Abilities when they get into the Real World, until they get back into Eternum.
-NPCs are tricky, we know some of them are Souls from the Real World, while most were just Fabricated? By the Founder or whatever, can't remember the specifics, it's been a while since I've touched up on the prior Updates. Anyways regardless, they're a part of Eternum, a strict system restricting their freedom, and so on. Way too many variables point to them being stuck there than being able to be Transported to the Real World.
-I think Calypso is a special case, she probably can be Transported to the Real World, but similar to my Magical Accessory/Clothing Theory; loses her Magical Abilities. The end of the Update Cliffhanger shows
her Realm isn't even in Eternum, so I don't think she's restricted to just that Area.
-To build off the above, the issue with Transporting Items or Gold into the Real World seems to be Inventory based. Basically if it can be registered into said Inventory/Pocket like the Gems of Doom for instance, they become apart of the Eternum Realm, a Magical Storage of sorts (Inventory). Which makes sense, because the Real World so far hasn't shown any Magic. And no, the MC doesn't count, as Magic Blockers don't work on him thus he isn't using Magic, though why he can't use his Transformation in the Real World is a mystery if the above is true.
I think that's everything? Uhh I reckon if the MC or anyone he brings to Eternum using their Physical Bodies dies, they stay dead, permanently even. No Afterlife aka Eternum, no Second Chances even with Items, just Death. That's it I guess, or at least my take anyways. If I was the MC, I wouldn't even risk doing half the things on this list beyond the Item Testing and bringing Calypso, or at the very least I wouldn't test them on someone I know. But hey, that's just me, I'm sure it'll get addressed down the line, still fun to Theorize though.
