Personally, I think it is more likely that he will be in a coma in the "real world" but still be active in Eternum at least for a while until he recovers and wakes up. If he is dead in the "real world" then there would eventually need to be a way to come back for him, as there is the promise of pregnancy with the girls and it would be fairly unsatisfying if he never gets to have sex with some of the girls in the real world let alone have kids with them. Also, while he and Thanatos have a lot in common they does need to be real separations from them, and Orion being alive and able to do things in both the real world and Eternum is a big one that could and should pay off. Him being able to go between them ought to be big in determining Orion's ability to win in the end, at least I think it ought to.
