Just finished 0.8 on an off day and I will say the sex scenes are all great

But I feels like the some of the plot line could be expanded more.

. Some of the adventure felt cut down conveniently to make screen time for sex scenes which this game is obviously for. Maybe that what it is if you play updates to updates. If u go from starting to 0.8 it feels better but too bad I am sucker for this and could not be waiting for whole game to complete and go in one shot.

Anyway plot lovers will have a hard time waiting for 0.9. I just hope the plot reveal on 0.9 will live up to the expectation.

Regarding cutting short the plot about xeno breeding facilities - I also felt like it was abruptly ended, but after replaying, it actually makes sense. Orion Dalia and Jerry went there just as a recon to gather info what's going on, they don't have firepower to actually take down whole infrastructure (Orion discusses it with Dalia, they would be enormous collateral damage among people that are supposed to be future allies of ERE, and most importantly, Dalia could actually die, since she's there using her real body). When Jerry comes to warn Orion and Dalia that sultan sent his army to find them, they retreat, but Orion mentions that they will inform Nancy what's going on, and with this info ERE should be able to take down sultan's operation. So probably in future episode will be notified that some coordinated attack took place offscreen and sultan's breeding facilities are no longer a threat.

And regarding WRE and ERE - wasn't it always WRE (I know Nancy annexed ERE later on, but official name of the imperium was still Western Roman Empire)? I seems when action takes plae in the Valley of the Kings suddenly everybody refers to the imperium as ERE and not WRE. Is it Cari's mistake or am I missing something?

Since dev obviously didn't learn from last time and just wants to keep such shit in the game.

I've been thinking about the update for a bit and I think I share the sentiment with a few of the people here.

On a technical level Caribdis keeps on delivering more than a treat for the eyes; the adult animations themselves seem more complex and thought out than ever. I really appreciated a couple of the visible non-adult animations as well which add a nice touch here and there. Something I do feel a little bit sad about is the decreasing likelihood of scenes involving secondary characters as the story and relationships progress but that's probably unavoidable.

Story and writing-wise however I do think there are some fairly basic missteps that hopefully are not an indicator for the way things might be going in the future.

Honestly I mostly play games like these mostly for the characters and the plot at this point so these things end up sticking out to me. I wouldn't be ranting at length if I wasn't invested, you know?

Note that using the ingame keypad is buggy atm (crashes when you use it), but I don't name my saves so there's that), currently waiting for a fix on that.

As for installation...I just DL'd Joiplay plus all the plugins on the post, installed them one by one, DL'd and pasted the whole PC version of Eternum 0.8 in a folder I use for AVNs, then just run the exe from Joiplay. That's it.

Btw. imo everyone who thinks that Alex is really pregnant is on copium imo, she is not.

The scene existed to show Alex that Orion is 1000% committed to her and a future together which she wasnt THIS aware of, no doubts left afterwards.
