See, everyone, this is how you talk with someone you disagree with.
I see your point. If the purpose of that scene is to illustrate that the protagonist is slipping, then it does serve its purpose. I wasn't initially looking at it like that, but I think you're right. It's difficult, in a game like this, to change the protagonist's direction. I'd still rather see it done in a different way, without the creepy scene.

I don't think Orion is likely to die, i think he'll be hospitalized and probably in a coma for a while, and while his real body is in a coma, he'll mentally enter Eternum, where we'll have a few events that will shape the story.

There's tech nowadays that detects & localizes gunshot sounds and alerts the cops etc totally without human intervention.

So, finally finished 0.7 as well...and...boy...I really thought Eternum would still go for a few updates. That ending felt a bit rushed and dark, but okay. I'm looking forward to what game Cari will start next.
