Right now, he's currently bleeding to death so he's unlikely to do much fucking*, but even now he's being called out by an omniscient being who seems to think he's been acting like quite the fuckboy. While i do think you're right in that he may change a bit after this traumatic experience, he also.... may not. And the degree or direction of that change is totally up for grabs. As it is, all we have is his past behaviour to go off of. He's fucking multiple girls, not telling any of them this (without protection, so better hope absolutely NO ONE has any STDs) setting himself up as their romantic partner. A friend of mine irl, calls this 'love bombing' when you pursue the fuck out of someone with texts, gifts, amazing dates, etc, until they become yours. But the problem is it rarely lasts. In this case, it's not even possible for it to 'last'. Someone is going to find out he's fucking their sister/mother/best friend/friend of a friend. If OiaL is anything to go by, they'll completely accept it instantly, but its interesting in that that's not how Caribdis writes the scenes now.
He deliberately has Orion hiding what he's doing from each girl. Making it seem like his actions are shameful or hurtful or at least, unexpected. Ergo, the story conditions us to think this is a plot point that will be explored. Whether that takes the form of more 'cheating' or simply a deus ex machina like before, no one can say for certain yet.

I think Cari has realized, that the harem ending in OiaL was very much rushed and didn't really felt like it made much sense or at the very least very much stressed most peoples suspension of disbelief. So for Eternum he seems to set it up at least somewhat more realistic with Orion realizing that he does something that isn't 100% okay in almost all circumstances, but also with the girls already kinda low-key talking about sharing him in a few scenes here and there.
We'll see how well it will work out in the end, since a harem scenario is always inherently unrealistic (at least as long as the MC isn't exactly the Sultan of the Ottoman Empire or something), there will always be some cognitive dissonance and Cari has to be very careful not to make Orion look like a big asshole at least for a time. But the ending of the current patch seems to indicate, that he is aware of that and that he tries to counteract it.
Fairy-sized Wenlin. I didn't realize I had this fetish until I played the "twenty-five" game, but yes, a fairy-sized Wenlin barely bigger than Orion's cock. And a potion of greater stretching.

Seriously though: The goal is to live happily ever after with the girls and (potentially) all the kids Orion will make along the way. I would kinda doubt that there will be a "they are all happy and also filthy rich now!" ending. I rather expect us to have to free Eternum from Ulysses at some point, at least for the best ending. But that remains to be seen.

Freeing Eternum (or whatever the multi-dimensionalverse is actually called) does not necessarily mean that access to the different realms will disappear. It's possible to unlock Earth so its accessible and they could all move to one of the other realms and live out their Harem Life.
Yes, I know as of now, they basically access Eternum through OBEs, but as far as I recall they never said whether the Founder goes in full body or also OBE. So might be possible to travel whole.
I guess only Cari (and whoever he bounces idea's off of) knows, and even then, it might not be set in stone. (Some of my favorite authors have claimed to know exactly how the story would proceed and end only to be surprised at the climax that "the characters kind of did their own thing and didn't really listen to the author". I am not an author, so I don't know how this fully works but they swear.)

It's mentioned at one point that the people who can enter & leave Eternum without portals or gear are called "immortals". You may recall that Caly says it was the immortals who locked her in that box in which we found her on the snowy world... Also (coincidence?) the name Ambrose (who was Eva's madam when we first meet her) literally MEANS immortal...
