Carib commented awhile back the he hadn't been affected by floods hopefully that's still the caseOhh shit did not know bro lived in Spain
That's what I've always liked about him. Showing commitment while not giving false promises.

S/he could always make the 3rd game come BEFORE eternum, though. Like OIALT ??Some people think so too but from what Cari mentioned in Discord
The first row is correct.View attachment 4227186
Can someone help me with what are the AVN game titles on the Cashier's screen? I can make out on the first row - Fates Collide, Chasing Sunsets, Ripples, Deviant Anomalies, Serenity?, Life Changing Choices, and on second row - My Bully Is My Lover, ?, ?, ? and Hellcat Lounge?. The one one with question marks I either not fully sure or can't make out.
As wookie ookie mentioned, Cari mentioned he was not affected. I'm not sure where he lives exactly, but I'm under the impression he's not from Valencia, or at least not the part affected by the dana.Considering the floods that we are having in Spain right now we can be lucky if he isn't affected by em.
If Carib lives somewhere around south/east coast wouldn't be weird if the game is delayed.
Ye but tonight there were also several warnings of the same thingy throughout south & east coats but dunno. As wookie ookie mentioned, Cari mentioned he was not affected. I think it is mostly about the "space" Cardi can work with, like in between MC and the Girls. With a long dick, the MC can just be further away, and therefore show more of the action, and not have it blocked by MC's Body.Huh, I would've thought it would be more difficult to make animations with a big dick do to all the clipping, especially with Honey Select.
Unless he wants a period piece, like Wild West or Victorian, I feel like he can just make the setting whatever he wants and it would still make continuity sense. He's already created the world Eternum is set in, and the players involved, the consequences are up to him. If he wants the fall of Ulysses to collapse the economy or have it keep running, it's entirely up to him, he would just have to explain it for us.Some people think so too but from what Cari mentioned in Discord he's considering setting the next game in a different setting/continuity, likely so he could write a new story without being hindered by the consequences/state of the world after a previous entry (i.e. writing a story years after the potential fall of Ulysses and the world economy being in turmoil due to that).
Again tho, he's simply considering it, as he also stated that having all his stories be set in one universe has a certain appeal to it. I suppose we'll see what he decides on when he eventually announces the third title (which is currently in pre-production as we speak).
Personally I think he just wants to write without consulting his notes most of the time, especially since even he seems to forget events or lore stuff that happened in the past (i.e. a lot of stuff that happened in OIAL except for bits and pieces plus the harem ending, Nuhrein being introduced as the language of Eternum but never popped up anywhere prior to the initial intro, forgetting about the fox ladies in 0.3*, forgetting how the Amulet of Blair works**), possibly due to focusing too much on his work and only the major bullet points and forgetting the little things.Unless he wants a period piece, like Wild West or Victorian, I feel like he can just make the setting whatever he wants and it would still make continuity sense. That's hilarious hahaha! I didn't even notice these things things, to be honest. I have only played the game once though, which is a far cry, I'm sure, from the number of times you've played it.Personally I think he just wants to write without consulting his notes most of the time, especially since even he seems to forget events or lore stuff that happened in the past (i.e. a lot of stuff that happened in OIAL except for bits and pieces plus the harem ending, Nuhrein being introduced as the language of Eternum but never popped up anywhere prior to the initial intro, forgetting about the fox ladies in 0.3*, forgetting how the Amulet of Blair works**), possibly due to focusing too much on his work and only the major bullet points and forgetting the little things.
And tbh, I wouldn't blame him if that was the case. OIAL's events are basically such an isolated incident that you can get away with not referencing much of what happened there. But something as monumental as the aftermath of Eternum would require you to be more aware of what went down and write about what comes after/how the world survived (or not and just set it in a post-apocalyptic worst case scenario), which for a dev who prolly wants to write mostly self-contained stories that don't require you to read earlier stuff is something that could be quite the bother.
*No joke, this was a convo back when 0.3 was still the latest update
Banging girls > Coding. One quite important detail that Cari hasn't touched yet is how good Orion is with computers and coding. One of the very first things he tells us is that Orion got the scholarship because he made his own videogame. That is NEVER brought back! Why is he not making games or software? Why are software companies not asking for his resume?
Are they really that different when you really think about it?Banging girls > Coding.
One doesn't make you stare in front of a computer monitor asking yourself where you've gone wrong with your life, at least. Are they really that different when you really think about it?
True. The other makes you stare into a glass of scotch asking yourself where you've gone wrong with your lifeOne doesn't make you stare in front of a computer monitor asking yourself where you've gone wrong with your life, at least.
But both can be utterly ruined by a missing a single punctuation...One doesn't make you stare in front of a computer monitor asking yourself where you've gone wrong with your life, at least.
Missing a period often causes a lot of chaos. But both can be utterly ruined by a missing a single punctuation...
Well, he is also somewhat of a lecher. Think Cari would have been reminded if he had forgotten about that, thoughBanging girls > Coding.
I have a feeling it will in Eternum, in the not-too-distant futureMissing a period often causes a lot of chaos.
