I think it is mostly about the "space" Cardi can work with, like in between MC and the Girls. With a long dick, the MC can just be further away, and therefore show more of the action, and not have it blocked by MC's Body.
If the length of stroke is just 6 inches, it will just block more of the female goods

Unless he wants a period piece, like Wild West or Victorian, I feel like he can just make the setting whatever he wants and it would still make continuity sense. He's already created the world Eternum is set in, and the players involved, the consequences are up to him. If he wants the fall of Ulysses to collapse the economy or have it keep running, it's entirely up to him, he would just have to explain it for us.

Personally I think he just wants to write without consulting his notes most of the time, especially since even he seems to forget events or lore stuff that happened in the past (i.e. a lot of stuff that happened in OIAL except for bits and pieces plus the harem ending, Nuhrein being introduced as the language of Eternum but never popped up anywhere prior to the initial intro, forgetting about the fox ladies in 0.3*, forgetting how the Amulet of Blair works**), possibly due to focusing too much on his work and only the major bullet points and forgetting the little things.
And tbh, I wouldn't blame him if that was the case. OIAL's events are basically such an isolated incident that you can get away with not referencing much of what happened there. But something as monumental as the aftermath of Eternum would require you to be more aware of what went down and write about what comes after/how the world survived (or not and just set it in a post-apocalyptic worst case scenario), which for a dev who prolly wants to write mostly self-contained stories that don't require you to read earlier stuff is something that could be quite the bother.

That's hilarious hahaha! I didn't even notice these things things, to be honest. I have only played the game once though, which is a far cry, I'm sure, from the number of times you've played it.
I don't blame him for wanting to create freely. It must be difficult to remember everything that has been done and said.
Again though, I feel like the consequences are in his hands. The next game can also be an isolated adventure in the same universe, he can make it as involved as he wants. He doesn't need to mention names, events, or fine details, just a quick summary that describes the state of the world and then move on.
Then you can just do random cameos for fun without the stress!

One quite important detail that Cari hasn't touched yet is how good Orion is with computers and coding. One of the very first things he tells us is that Orion got the scholarship because he made his own videogame. That is NEVER brought back! Why is he not making games or software? Why are software companies not asking for his resume?

Seriously though: I had completely forgotten, that that was even the reason Orion got that scholarship because of developing a game? I would actually have to look that up again, because it really never matters in the whole game so far.
