Honestly, I would be against it. Make two separate scenes for different circumstances instead of artificially come up with a scenario in which Orion somehow can choose between two girls in (almost) the same situation. It means you'll have one unique scene more instead of two scenes that both can't 100% fit. Eternum just isn't the game for this.

Agree with this, and we already had the example with Penny/Vampires and Luna/Werewolves even if it's not a lewd scene. I find the choice useless except to add a little flavor to choose between two girls, but is that really important? iirc, Luna has a sex scene after but not Penny in this update. For me, might as well split the screen time and only do Penny/Vampires. Luna's choice shouldn't even exist since she also has screen time with her sex scene. (Well and if I'm wrong about Penny, that doesn't really change anything. Just stick with only one choice because it seems so much more practical to me)
A scene split opens up a lot of flexibility for increase in scenes without much sacrifice to any progression. For example, what if we have a movie night at the Carter house and afterward we decide to show up at one of their rooms for some midnight fun. This could conveniently allow space for up to 4 different scenes. The story pacing would basically be unaffected since it is one night of time progression. The romantic progression of the girls will not go down because they were just going to sleep anyway which means they would not see it as rejecting them for another girl. Sounds like a win to me!
It only means more permutations without having any advantage for it. It is actually objectively a loss and a waste of development time.
