Yeah,but here I wanted to get 1 winner.Also,allowing people multiple choices would make it a character popularity rating instead of their rating as LIs.I mean,having like 3 votes,people are most likely to vote for Luna/Alex as other options and in the end,we would have them on top even if more people chose Penny as their favorite

It surprises me, in a good way, that Penny had the most votes. She just got one point over Luna, but it's still amazing she managed to win. The first place is normally disputed between Luna, Alex and Nova, while the Carters are always behind them... or Annie.
